How do I join ZaaBiz?


Start at our home page www.zaabiz.com.au
Click JOIN NOW on the bottom left of the page.
You will then be taken to a new window where you will need to complete your login data. This is where you will create a username and password for your ZaaBiz profile. 
Go directly to the login data page www.zaabiz.com.au/register



What is a username and how is it connected to my password?


A username is a unique name created by yourself identifying you as a specific ZaaBiz member. In combination with your password, it allows you to enter ZaaBiz. Other members never see your username. Please make sure, that you maintain confidentiality of your username and your password. You may change your password at any time in the Edit Profile section after logging in. You may also change your username by contacting our customer service at info@zaabiz.com.au
Once you have created your username and password, you will receive an activation email from ZaaBiz. You will need to click the link provided in this email to activate your membership.



How do I fill out the data fields while registering?


Obligatory fields are marked with an arrow -> and must be filled in first.
The obligatory fields in the first registration step are used to create your own user account at ZaaBiz.
You can edit your personal data once you have activated your membership.



How do I enter my business details?



Simply fill out the boxes provided in the business section of ZaaBiz. The information you provide in this step will be used to create your own ZaaBiz profile.
It is important to enter this information correctly, as it will be saved to your profile and released online once you have completed your registration.



How do I activate my membership?


We will send you an email requesting confirmation of your registration. Simply click the link provided which will confirm your email address and your membership will then be activated. This is a security process chosen by us for you to proceed actively with your registration.

Users having registered on ZaaBiz as the result of an invitation by an existing ZaaBiz member do not need to confirm this email.



How do I log in?


Go to our home page www.zaabiz.com.au and enter your username and password, then click Log in.
Your username and password will only work once you have activated you membership.(See above)



Forgotten your username and/or password?


If you have forgotten your username or password, simply email us at info@zaabiz.com.au and we will email you your username or issue you with a new password.
To change your issued password, Log in > Edit Profile> Click Password tab



How do I change my password?


Log in > Edit Profile> Click Password tab.You will need to know your current password to change it.If you have forgotten your password, we will issue you a new one. (See above)



How do I change my personal data?
Once you have activated your account, you can change your personal data at any time by logging into your profile section within ZaaBiz.

Login > Edit Profile
Click SAVE once you have made your changes.

How secure is my data?

At ZaaBiz we take your privacy seriously and we are committed to maintaining and protecting your personal data.

How do I upload my photo?

Before you upload a photo, make sure you have a photo ready on your computer saved as a JPEG, PNG. BMP or GIF file.
It must be less than 250KB to upload successfully.  
Log in > Edit Profile > Click Upload Photo > select your photo > Click Open

How do I get more contacts?

Getting more contacts is easy. Simply invite other people you know to join ZaaBiz by sending them an invitation.
Log in > Network > Invite
You can also invite other ZaaBiz members to join your network by clicking on 'Add this person as a contact'.



What are cookies and how are they activated?


Cookies are small text files containing information stored by your browser. For your identification as a member in ZaaBiz you have to allow your system to accept cookies. Please find the different browsers and relevant changes below:

For Internet Explorer choose settings under "Tools → Internet Options → Privacy → Advanced"

Make your changes in a Mozilla Firefox/Mozilla Browser by going to "Tools → Options → Privacy → Cookies"

For Netscape use: Edit → Preferences → Privacy & Security → Cookies

For Opera use: Tools → Settings → Advanced → Cookies

For Safari/Mac, OS X: Click on "Preferences" in the "Safari" menu, select the "Accept Cookies" option in the "Security" category with the following option: "Only from sites you navigate to".

Will I get spam?

We dislike spam as much as you do, so we have designed ZaaBiz to minimise spam. Be assured that we will never sell your address to anyone for marketing purposes. Please contact us at info@zaabiz.com.au if you are having spam problems on this site. Also see our Privacy Policy for further details.

How do I use ZaaBiz’s Search functions and make the most of ZaaBiz’s network for my own business?

In ZaaBiz’s Member section we offer you two ways to Search ZaaBiz's network: the Advanced Search and the Power Search. At the top of the Advanced Search function you determine whether you would like to search your own contacts, your contacts up to the 2nd degree or within all of ZaaBiz’s members (default setting). Simply enter details in any field; name, business, location, wants or haves, and click search.

The more fields you fill in, the narrower the search. Use a comma when entering more than one term in each search field to find people matching these criteria.

For example, by entering "golf, tennis" in the "Interests" field you will find members who play one or both sports. Click on the ‘Search’ button at the bottom of the page and members matching your search criteria are displayed.

As a Premium Member you are able to see all the names in your search results and you’ll be able to start adding them as a contact immediately. However, as a Basic Member you won’t have access to the names and the direct contact is not available. Sign up for your Premium Membership with ZaaBiz and start generating more business today!

An alternative is ZaaBiz’s Power Search, which is a fast and effective way to search without typing! Power Search allows you to search for matches, contacts, members and colleagues quickly and easily.

Try the Power Search, “Members whose “haves” match my “wants”, and see what business opportunities arise. Link with other members in your area or get connected to current or former colleagues through ZaaBiz.

How do I start a Group?

To start a group, you need to be a Premium Member. To upgrade click http://www.zaabiz.com.au/upgrade/

Once you are a Premium Member, choose a Category for your Group and click on that Category. Then click “Suggest New Group” and follow the prompts.

A useful group to join is “ZaaBiz Group Moderators” which has many handy hints to help you manage your group.
